Vibratory compaction at the Heiderestloch

In 2014, SGL constructed the retaining dam for the Heiderestloch near the village of Hosena in the Lusatian mining district. The dam is around 310 meters long and 63 meters wide. To stabilize the dam, a vibro-pressure compactor was used, which was driven into the ground over 3,000 times.
